Walk down the stairs in the church and follow the path. Go stand by it — sometimes punching worked for us, too — and the secret door will open. This is where you'll collect the Fallen Transponder, which is the key to the Destiny 2 Outbreak Perfected. Keep running until you find split in the hall. When you reach the vault before the boss fight, the gridded room leading into the ornate chamber will vaporize you unless you take a very specific path.
